2. Using This Website

2.1 This website is intended for senior professionals exploring portfolio, NED and advisory careers. It is not directed at anyone under the age of 18.

2.2 You may browse and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property created, developed or made available by SME Non-Exec is owned by Elevate Your Life Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:

Website content: all text, graphics, images, logos, frameworks, articles and other content published on www.smenonexec.com
Course and event materials: all handouts, workbooks, worksheets, slide decks, templates and printed or digital materials distributed or made available at any SME Non-Exec course, workshop or networking event
Portal and app content: all content accessible through the SME Non-Exec member portal and mobile app, including video recordings, audio content, frameworks, resource libraries and community materials
Programme content: all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, processes and systems taught or referenced across any SME Non-Exec programme, whether delivered live, digitally or in print
Communications: all newsletters, emails, social media content and other communications produced by SME Non-Exec
LinkedIn content: all posts, articles, profile content, banners, background images and other material published on Adrian Knight's and the SME Non-Exec team pages, as well as the SME Non-Exec LinkedIn page. This content may not be copied, repurposed, republished or used as the basis for your own LinkedIn content without our prior written consent.

This applies to everything

Every piece of content you encounter as part of any SME Non-Exec product, event or platform - whether on our website, in a handout, in the portal, in the app, or in a live session - is the intellectual property of Elevate Your Life Ltd. None of it may be copied, shared, reproduced or used to create competing materials without our prior written consent.

3.2 By purchasing any product or attending any event, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SME Non-Exec materials solely for your own professional development. This licence does not permit you to:

Share, forward, upload or distribute any materials to any third party by any means
Reproduce or copy materials in whole or in part, whether digitally or in print
Use any materials to design, develop or deliver competing courses, programmes, events or coaching services
Record any live session, call or event without our prior written consent
Share your login credentials for the portal or app with any other person
Screenshot, download or extract content from the portal or app beyond what is explicitly made available for download

3.3 Breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access to all SME Non-Exec products and platforms without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages and injunctive relief for any breach.

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
